Cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 meters, the beans benefit from the region's favourable tropical climate and abundant rainfall, contributing to their distinctive character. The washed process highlights the inherent clarity and brightness of this coffee. Expect a nuanced and elegant cup, with bright notes of stone fruits balanced by a smooth honey sweetness and a delicate black tea undertone. A comforting base of milk chocolate and a hint of hazelnut praline complete this complex and inviting profile.
