Plum raisin, toffee, fig, dark chocolate

The journey of these beans is carefully managed from farm to cup. Cherries are delivered to the central Aruco mill (situated at 800 masl), where they are assessed, cleaned, washed, and floated to remove any immature beans. The natural processing then takes place in solar tents for 15-20 days, with regular turning to ensure even drying in the stable climate.
Expect a cup that is both comforting and complex, with the delightful sweetness of plum raisin and toffee, complemented by the subtle richness of fig and a satisfying dark chocolate finish. This coffee embodies the dedication and quality focus of the Aruco Cooperative and its members.

Pairs perfectly with: Fatso Foursome which contains two fantastic chocolates that will match wonderfully with this coffee. This coffee's toffee and dark chocolate notes will beautifully complement the buttery biscuits and toffee in the Nan's Stash bar, while the plum raisin notes can offer a subtle fruity contrast to the peanuts. This will also be great with the honeycomb in the Fatso Home Run bar. The plum and fig notes of the coffee will provide a pleasant counterpoint to the saltiness of the pretzels and almonds.
