Angola Farm, situated at an elevation of 1200 meters in Ilicínea, South of Minas, Brazil, is a small-scale coffee operation covering six hectares, with three hectares devoted to growing Yellow Catuai and Arara varietals. Managed by Silvio Carlos, the farm is recognized for its commitment to sustainable, agroecological farming methods that enhance biodiversity and soil preservation.
