The Blend

Updated for Summer 2025 with our new Brazil Silvio Carlos Ferreira single origin, this exquisite blend combines the best of our single-origin beans from Brazil and Colombia. You'll savor the delightful array of bright, sweet notes of nectarine and pear from the Brazillian Yellow Catuai & Arara varietals, alongside the vibrant, almond and citrus fruit flavors of the Colombian Sugar Cane Process Decaf from Tolima.



But here's the best part: this blend has only half the caffeine content of our regular coffee! That means you can enjoy twice as many cups without feeling jittery. It's the ideal choice for those crisp autumn mornings, long days at work (or the riverside) and lazy Sunday afternoons.

Brazil Origin

Nestled at an elevation of 1200 meters in Ilicínea, South of Minas, Brazil, Fazenda Angola is a small-scale coffee operation with a monumental impact. Managed by the dedicated Silvio Carlos, this six-hectare farm, with three hectares devoted to coffee cultivation, is a shining example of sustainable, agroecological farming methods. Silvio's profound respect for the land is evident in every aspect of his work, from enhancing biodiversity to preserving soil health.

Colombia Origin

Experience the exceptional flavours of our single-origin decaf Colombian coffee, cultivated at the El Vergel Estate, a family-run farm innovating coffee production since 1995.  The Bayter Family, guided by expert Miguel Jimenez, transitioned from avocados to specialty coffee, embracing natural processes like Koji fermentation.  Led by Martha, Elias, and Shady, they foster a vibrant community while producing exquisite coffee. This flagship decaf, refined over a decade, harmonises tradition and innovation with a unique extraction process using circular containers and ethyl acetate, gently removing caffeine while preserving the coffee's fruity notes. This method ensures a caffeine level of precisely 0.1%, guaranteeing a pure and flavourful experience.
