Bakery

At FVR, we believe great coffee deserves great company. We've poured our hearts into creating a bakery that's as passionate about flavour and freshness as we are about roasting beans. We bake almost everything ourselves, from classic fruit scones to our unique raspberry and white chocolate scones. We put our own twist on many treats, like our signature cinnamon rolls served with dipping sauces and our rich black forest cinnamon swirls. You'll also find a rotating selection of brownies, blondies, freshly baked croissants, and our famous red velvet cookies. 

We prioritise texture, flavour and freshness above all else. The only items we don't bake are a few specialty allergen items, which we carefully source from a trusted UK bakery that can prepare them safely. We guarantee you'll never find a dry slice here!

Meet Our Bakers

Tash 

As one of our founders, Tash has been baking for her family her entire life. But she knew that moving from a home kitchen to a professional one was a big leap. Tash is constantly learning and experimenting, and her passion for baking is what started our journey. Be sure to keep an eye out for her signature bakes on our evening menu! 

Jose  

Originally from Colombia, Jose spent many years perfecting his craft in Valencia before making his way to the UK. He brings a deep love for bold flavors to every bake he creates. You might even be lucky enough to catch one of his incredible Colombian-style "wet cakes" — soft, moist cakes infused with delicious syrups. Like Tash, Jose also features his signature creations on our evening menu.
