Open seven days a week, we serve a delicious full breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu, along with our usual selection of tempting snacks and cakes baked by us.

For a tranquil escape, visit The Kitchen at The Hillyard within the Dawnay Estates in Wykeham. You’ll find a roaring fireplace in winter and a beautiful garden for summer, all alongside our specialty coffee and cakes. Our food menu is inspired by the wonderful ingredients available across the Dawnay Estate and the wider North York Moors. We offer a dining hall downstairs, a sun-trap garden in the courtyard or you can find a comfy sofa to relax in on the mezzanine. We are open seven days a week.

For a relaxed lakeside escape, visit Forge Valley Roasters Waterside within the waterpark in Wykeham. Whether you're unwinding by the water in the summer sun or warming up after a day on the lake, you'll find exceptional specialty coffee roasted in-house by Forge Valley Roasters, alongside a delicious selection of cakes and fresh food. Our menu features satisfying daily dishes and hot, made-to-order pizzas perfect for sharing by the water’s edge. Pop in for a quiet morning coffee, enjoy lunch with family, or grab a table outdoors to take in the waterside views. 

For an immersive coffee experience, visit The Roastery/ The Bakery by Forge Valley Roasters in Wykeham. Opened in February 2026, this dedicated space is the heartbeat of our specialty coffee craft, where passion meets precision. Here, you can explore an extensive array of premium home-brewing equipment, browse our full range of freshly roasted coffee beans, and pick up your favorite coffee bags to take home. Step behind the scenes with our interactive roastery tours to discover the journey from green bean to cup, learn about our roasting process, sharpen your coffee knowledge followed by a coffee tasting session. At all  locations, our commitment to quality and atmosphere is evident in everything we do. We use top-of-the-line Victoria Arduino and Mahlkonig equipment to expertly prepare our meticulously roasted specialty coffee in both Brew Bar and The Kitchen. You can not only enjoy our handcrafted espresso drinks and seasonal blends but also purchase your favorite beans to take home. We'll gladly grind them for you if required. Brew Bar and The Kitchen locations offer takeaway and pre-order, with a full alcohol license at The Kitchen and Waterside with a wonderful selection of drinks from some of the best UK producers. At The Kitchen and The Roastery, we also provide a broader array of equipment and merchandise to browse and purchase, alongside exclusive events and experiences to book.
