How does the subscription work? 

It's simple. You choose your favorite coffee and a delivery frequency that works for you—every week, two weeks, or four weeks. We'll roast your coffee fresh and ship it to you on a recurring schedule. You're charged automatically before each shipment, and the savings are applied to every order.

Why are subscriptions cheaper? 

Your subscription helps our small family business by giving us predictable volumes, which makes our roasting and planning much more efficient. This saves us money, and we pass those savings directly on to you! It's a win-win.

This is the perfect option for coffee lovers who want to explore new flavours. Each month, our expert roasters hand-pick a unique and exciting coffee for you to try. It'sa great way to discover new origins and processing methods without having to choose for yourself.

Managing Your Subscription

How can I manage my subscription? 

You have complete control over your subscription through your online account. From there, you can easily skip an upcoming delivery, change your coffee, update your grind setting, or change your delivery frequency.

Is there a minimum commitment? 

Absolutely not. We believe in providing great coffee without locking you into a long-term contract. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

We'd be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard with just a few clicks. There are no fees or penalties for doing so.

Billing & Shipping

When will I be charged? 

You'll be charged on the same day as your initial order, based on your chosen frequency. For example, if you sign up for a weekly subscription on a Monday, you'll be charged every Monday.

When will my coffee be shipped? 

We ship all our orders a few days after your payment is processed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your coffee is on its way.

Prepaid Subscriptions

How do prepaid subscriptions work? 

Prepaid subscriptions are a one-time purchase for a set duration (e.g., 4, 6, or 12 months). They are perfect for gifting or for people who prefer to pay upfront and not have to think about it again.

Can a prepaid subscription be cancelled or refunded? 

Since a prepaid subscription is a one-time purchase, it does not need to be cancelled. However, if you have any issues or need to make an adjustment, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you.
