    Sign Up for Free: Joining the FVR Guild takes minutes. Simply create an account online and add your membership card to your Apple or Google wallet or ask your barista at any of our Brew Bars to get started. There are no hidden fees, just pure enjoyment!

    Earn Points: Every purchase, every coffee, every delicious pastry, earns points. Whether online or in-store, your points will accumulate quickly. It’s not just shopping either, engaging with us on social media and coming to our events will also provide points.

    Be Rewarded: As you move up the tiers in the Guild you’ll get more, and more perks, it’s our way of showing thanks for all your support.

  • Explorer

    Explorer rewards are designed to be a delightful welcome to the Guild. 

    • A free birthday coffee (3-5 days before your birthday) if you’re local. 
    • A half-price on your next coffee order online for your birthday if you aren’t local (with a minimum order value of £20)
    • A free sign-up coffee on us if you’re local. 
    • A half-price coffee order online if you aren’t local when you sign up (with a minimum order value of £20). 

  • Navigator

    Navigator rewards enhance the benefits of being a Guild member.

    • For locals, 1.25x points Monday-Thursday afternoons. 
    • 1.25x points on food and merch online. 
    • Refuel once a month, 1 free coffee per month when you buy a cake. 

  • Voyager

    Voyager rewards offer a deeper sense of community and insider status. 

    • Exclusive Guild mugs for in-store use. 
    • Pre-release coffee samples so you can try them before anyone else.

What is the FVR Guild?

The FVR Guild is our new loyalty program, designed to acknowledge and thank you for your interest, engagement and journey of discovery into specialty coffee, and specialty food. It's built on our brand motto, 'Start Here,' which is an invitation to explore the world of coffee and food with us, from your first sip to becoming a true connoisseur.

How do I join and what are the tiers?  

Joining is easy—you are automatically enrolled in the first tier, The Explorer, when you sign up. The program has four tiers: 

  • The Explorer 
  • The Navigator 250 points 
  • The Voyager: For our regulars who have earned 1,500 points within a 12-month period, signifying a deeper commitment. 
  • The Master: The highest and most exclusive tier, for our most dedicated brand advocates who have achieved 2,500 points in 12 months. 

How do I earn points in the Guild?  

We reward you for more than just purchases. You earn one point for every £1 spent in-store or online, but you can also earn points for a variety of engagement-based activities, such as:

A personal reward for our loyal community, our Guild Mugs are a shelf of beautiful ceramic mugs for you to use in-store - like having your own tankard at the pub! 

How does the Guild work for both in-store and online shopping?
