The Origin

Nestled at an elevation of 1200 meters in Ilicínea, South of Minas, Brazil, Fazenda Angola is a small-scale coffee operation with a monumental impact. Managed by the dedicated Silvio Carlos, this six-hectare farm, with three hectares devoted to coffee cultivation, is a shining example of sustainable, agroecological farming methods. Silvio's profound respect for the land is evident in every aspect of his work, from enhancing biodiversity to preserving soil health.

Through the natural processing of this coffee, it delivers a beautifully balanced and lighter-bodied cup. Prepare for a delightful array of bright and sweet notes: nectarine, pear, and vibrant orange mingle with hints of berries, culminating in a comforting butter biscuit finish. This coffee truly reflects the meticulous care and sustainable practices employed at Fazenda Angola.

Collect the Cards

Every coffee we source has an incredible story – an epic journey from its origin to your cup at home or in store. To honor this, we commission unique illustrated cards for each of our featured coffees.

These aren't just labels; they're collectible pieces of art that celebrate the very essence of each coffee. Each card is a small, beautiful tribute to the farm, the community, and the landscape where our beans are grown, captured by the hands of a talented artist.

We believe that every cup is an adventure, and these cards are your personal mementos. Collect them with every bag you purchase and build your own gallery of the world's most incredible coffee journeys. Each card is a new page in your coffee story.
