Managed by the dedicated Silvio Carlos, this six-hectare farm, with three hectares devoted to coffee cultivation, is a shining example of sustainable, agroecological farming methods. Through the natural processing of this coffee, it delivers a beautifully balanced and lighter-bodied cup.
