Uganda Origin

Sourced through a partnership between The Coffee Yard and The Coffee Gardens, this exceptional Ugandan coffee comes from Norman Mukuru's dedicated operation in the foothills of Mount Elgon. The natural process, involving careful selection, drip drying, open-tank fermentation, and meticulous drying on raised beds, results in a vibrant and complex cup bursting with notes of dark cherry, grapefruit, and sweet strawberry.

Brazil Origin

Cultivated by Silvio Carlos at the small-scale Angola Farm, this coffee showcases a dedication to sustainable, agroecological farming. The natural process highlights the inherent sweetness and delicate fruit and biscuit notes of the Yellow Catuai and Arara varietals, contributing a balanced and lighter element to the blend.
