They've transformed a working farm into a hub for environmental action, featuring a variety of eco-friendly endeavors. The farm is home to an incredible array of sustainable projects, including a fully-functional hydroponics system for growing produce without soil, a large permaculture forest garden, and a thriving polytunnel that extends the growing season.

The project is more than just a farm; it's a living classroom. They host community events, offer educational workshops, and provide a space for people to learn about sustainable farming, waste reduction, and the importance of supporting local ecosystems. From Farm to Coffee Shop, Sometimes the Other Way Around

Our partnership with the Stepney Hill Eco Project is a hands-on, collaborative relationship that aligns perfectly with our values. This isn't a transactional partnership; it's a shared effort to promote sustainability.

One of the most exciting aspects of our collaboration is our joint commitment to reduce waste. We are currently working with the project by donating all of our pallets from deliveries to them, along with all of our coffee grounds (from the shops) and our hessian sacks from the roastery. Furthemore, we are exploring ways to integrate their produce into our menus, creating a direct link between their sustainable farming and our business. This not only reduces our carbon footprint by using hyper-local ingredients but also highlights the incredible quality of food grown with eco-friendly methods.
