East Coast Shellfish is dedicated to providing the freshest, highest-quality crabs and lobsters from our local waters. They use a traditional fishing method with "pots," a technique that is hailed as one of the most sustainable in the industry. This method has very little impact on the Flamborough Head chalk reef, Europe’s largest chalk reef and a crucial habitat for marine life.

By working with local fishing boats and selling their catch directly to the public, they ensure a transparent supply chain and a product that is as fresh as can be. Their commitment to sustainability and supporting their local community makes them a supplier we’re proud to work with.
