This exceptional coffee originates from the high-altitude slopes of La Coipa, San Ignacio. Grown between 1,650 and 1,850 meters above sea level, these beans benefit from the unique microclimate of the Andes, resulting in a balanced and complex cup that scored a commendable 84.75.
Cajamarca is a carefully curated blend of day lots from dedicated smallholder farmers. Featuring traditional varieties like Catuai, Pache, and Catimor, this coffee undergoes a classic washed process, including a 24–36 hour fermentation and drying on lined patios.

The result is a comforting yet sophisticated flavor journey. Expect a rich base of cocoa and malted notes, sweetened by the delicate flavors of sugarcane and honey biscuit. A bright hint of gooseberry provides a subtle, fruity acidity that balances the cup beautifully.
