The Adobe Cabernet Sauvignon Story

Sourced from mature, sun-drenched vineyards where warm days and cooling evening breezes allow thick-skinned Cabernet grapes to reach full maturity. Hand- and machine-harvested at peak phenolic ripeness, the fruit is gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel with gentle pump-overs, followed by several months of oak contact to soften tannin structure.

Rich ruby in colour, delivering aromas of ripe cassis, black cherry, dried herbs, and subtle vanilla spice. On the palate, supple and layered dark fruit is supported by polished, approachable tannins, balancing sweetness, and a rounded, spiced finish.
