Alasia Barbera 750ml
The Alasia Barbera Story
Sourced from southwest-facing vineyards at altitudes of 250 to 400 metres in the Monferrato hills of Asti. Planted on classic clay-limestone soils, the hand-harvested fruit is fermented at 25–30°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by pressing, racking, and malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for four to six months in stainless steel to retain varietal fruit purity.
Deep ruby with violet highlights, opening with lively aromas of dark plum, wild raspberry, and sour cherry. The palate combines bright red fruits, savoury spice, soft tannins, and the grape’s trademark food-brightening acidity.
