The Crémant d'Alsace Turckheim Story
Crafted by the renowned Cave de Turckheim using the traditional bottle-fermentation method. While regional AOP regulations stipulate nine months on lees, this cuvée spends 12 to 18 months quietly maturing in cellars, developing fine, creamy bubbles and pastry-like brioche complexity.
Expressive and lively, opening with aromas of baked golden apple, white flowers, and lightly toasted brioche. The palate has a softer, gentler pressure than standard Champagne, delivering a rounded, textural mouthfeel supported by clean, mouthwatering acidity.
