The Maison Boutinot Edalise Provence Rosé Story
Blended by winemaker Samantha Bailey from multiple micro-terroirs across Provence. Grenache from coastal parcels provides vibrant red berry fruit, limestone-rich soils contribute white peach nuances, Cinsault brings a delicate herbal and spiced lift, and Rolle contributes aromatic orange blossom notes.
Powdery pale pink in colour, with subtle aromas of ripe white peaches, redcurrants, and mandarin zest. The palate is bone dry, refined, and silky, displaying vibrant citrus acidity, fine texture, and a long, refreshing mineral finish.
