The Nyetimber Brut NV Story
Crafted exclusively from 100% estate-grown fruit planted on south-facing chalk and greensand slopes across Sussex and Hampshire. Produced in the traditional method, each parcel is harvested by hand and vinified separately before blending. The wine matures on its fine lees in cellars for over three years, producing depth, texture, and refined complexity.
Pale gold with an exceptionally fine bead of bubbles. The nose reveals complex aromas of toasted brioche, honeyed almond, baked pastry, and lemon curd. The palate is elegant and chiseled, integrating crisp citrus acidity with creamy pastry notes and a long, crystalline finish.
