Te Merio Sauvignon Blanc 750ml
The Te Merio Sauvignon Blanc Story
Sourced from dedicated parcel selections across Marlborough on New Zealand’s South Island, where stony riverbed soils and wide diurnal temperature shifts yield high natural aromatic intensity. Harvesting decisions are timed to capture a fresh, lifted, mineral style rather than an overly sweet tropical character. Fruit is gently pressed and cool-fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel before cold settling.
Bright and lemony, featuring distinct notes of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, lime zest, and subtle pineapple. The palate is clean, chiseled, and well-structured, closing on a refreshing, mouthwatering, lightly saline finish.
