The Terre Avare Negroamaro Story

Grown in the sun-drenched Salento peninsula of Puglia, southern Italy, where ancient soils and warm maritime winds allow late-ripening Negroamaro grapes to develop concentrated sugars and rich phenolic character. The fruit is destemmed, cold-soaked, and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with regular pump-overs to extract deep color and round tannins.

Warm and inviting, exuding aromas of ripe blackberries, baked black plums, dark chocolate, and dried Mediterranean herbs. The palate is velvety, warm, and generous, offering supple tannins, rich fruit depth, and a persistent, savoury finish.
