Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, in all weather conditions, the Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team provides crucial assistance to those in need across the North York Moors, Dalby Forest, Yorkshire Wolds, and beyond. Comprised of fifty highly skilled individuals, including doctors, paramedics, and experienced climbers and hillwalkers, they rely entirely on donations and sponsorship to continue their life-saving work. Honduras Aruco
Sourced through Aruco's micro-lot program, this represents the collective efforts of 34 dedicated producers in the Copán region. The natural processing at the Aruco mill, situated at a lower altitude for optimal drying conditions, results in a coffee with rich sweetness and delightful fruit and chocolate undertones. The Aruco Cooperative's commitment to fair prices and sustainable practices ensures a positive impact on the local community.
Silvio Carlos Ferreira
Cultivated by Silvio Carlos at the small-scale Angola Farm, this coffee showcases a dedication to sustainable, agroecological farming. The natural process highlights the inherent sweetness and delicate fruit and biscuit notes of the Yellow Catuai and Arara varietals, contributing a balanced and lighter element to the blend.
